About Us

We are Kenilworth United Charities, a long-established organisation dedicated to serving the people of Kenilworth, Warwickshire. Our roots trace back to a 17th-century bequest, and we continue to uphold the tradition of providing support to our community.

We are committed to supporting a range of local initiatives. We provide funding to charitable and voluntary groups within Kenilworth, enabling them to carry out their vital work.

For example, we’ve recently supported The Kenilworth Centre with their youth mentoring programmes and help fund a monthly Citizens Advice walk-in service at Kenilworth Library.

We also own and manage Almshouses, where we offer comfortable and secure housing for local women who meet our eligibility criteria. We understand the importance of providing stable homes for those who need them.

We are governed by a dedicated team of Trustees, who are drawn from local churches, the Town Council, and the wider community. We operate as a registered charity, adhering to the guidelines set by the Charity Commission. Our aim is to continue to be a positive and supportive presence in Kenilworth.”
